At Paradisaic, we build high-end custom renovations for homeowners who have trusted us with their biggest investment. Our clients aren't just buying a renovation - they're trusting us with their home and their family's daily life during the process. The foreman who leads that experience carries a lot of weight, and we know it.
We're looking for someone who self-manages their projects from start to finish. You coordinate sub-trades, you own the sequence, you're thinking 10 steps ahead, and you communicate with clients in a way that makes them feel safe and respected throughout the entire build.
What you'll own in this role: running your project site day-to-day without needing to be managed, managing sub-trade scheduling and accountability, staying on or under budget while protecting quality, and being the face of Paradisaic to clients on site.
What you bring: a minimum of 5 years leading renovation projects, strong sub-trade relationships, and a track record of completing projects on time and on budget. You communicate clearly, you take ownership, and you don't make excuses.
