W Social House is a new casual eatery and social lounge focused on great food, good drinks, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Our menu will feature wings, burgers, chicken sandwiches, shareable appetizers, cocktails, beer, and zero-proof beverages.
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and personable Bartender who can deliver excellent service while helping create the fun and social atmosphere of W Social House.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, mocktails, and other beverages
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service
- Make drink recommendations and confidently explain the beverage menu
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
- Check identification and serve alcohol responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Complete opening and closing bar duties
- Monitor inventory and notify management when products are running low
- Process customer payments accurately
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff during busy service
- Help create an upbeat and welcoming lounge atmosphere
- Follow all food-safety, cleanliness, and responsible-service procedures
Ideal Candidate
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, pub, or busy casual-dining environment
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixed drinks, beer, wine, and mocktails
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests
- Able to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced opening environment
Experience helping develop cocktails or beverage menus is considered an asset
Pay: $17.60-$31.88 per hour
