What You’ll Do:

Melt and pour aluminum into molds.

Operate furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment.

Flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum safely.

Inspect and finish castings (cutting, sanding, trimming).
-
Follow detailed work procedures and maintain a clean, safe area.
You’ll work with molten aluminum, precision tools, and powerful machines to produce parts that keep trucks, engines, and heavy equipment running across North America.
What We’re Looking For:

A safety-first mindset and attention to detail.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

English communication skills.
-
Experience in manufacturing, foundry, welding, or machine operation is an asset — but we’ll provide full training!
High school diploma an asset.
