Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Financial Associate who is eager to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career in insurance and financial planning.

You will work directly alongside an experienced advisor and receive ongoing mentorship in:

Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and account administration
- Prepare meeting materials and financial planning documents
- Maintain CRM records and client follow-up activities
- Coordinate client meetings and annual reviews
- Assist with investment and insurance paperwork
- Participate in client meetings and planning discussions
- Conduct research and prepare client presentations
- Support client communication and service requests
- Assist with business development and referral initiatives
Qualifications Preferred
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems
- Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude
Nice to Have
- LLQP license
- Previous customer service, banking, sales, or administrative experience
- Experience with CRM systems
Compensation & Growth Base Compensation
- $26/ hr
- 20–25 hours per week
- Performance and Referral Bonus
No direct advisory experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
