We are seeking a Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) to join our team on a part‑time/casual basis (M/T/F) contract position. This position is part of our ongoing clinic growth and scheduling support needs.
This position supports diagnostic testing and daily clinical workflow in a fast-paced cardiology environment. The ideal candidate is organized, self‑directed, and confident managing multiple modalities independently.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Perform ECGs, GXT, Holter monitoring, Holter scanning, and AMBP monitors
- Work collaboratively with Echocardiography Sonographers and clinic staff
- Triage patients, manage charts, and support cardiology scheduling
- Manage and oversee all cardiovascular testing equipment (DR400, DR200, AMBP IEB, Norav wireless 1200)
- Complete pre‑procedural assessments and post‑procedural summaries
- Troubleshoot clinical issues and notify the appropriate provider
- Review procedural plans and ensure pre‑procedural testing is complete
- Produce accurate clinical documentation using Cerebrum EMR
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and patient‑centered care at all times
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program
⭐ What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program
- Current registration with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT)
- Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms and 12‑lead ECG interpretation
- Current BCLS / HCP CPR certification
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, EMR (Cerebrum), electronic faxing
- Familiarity with DR400, DR200, AMBP IEB, Norav wireless 1200W Stress systems
- Excellent communication skills — respectful, kind, and team‑oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage workflow in a busy outpatient environment
- Advanced CSCT registration preferred

- Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on clinic needs)
- Part‑Time / Casual contract position
