We’re currently looking for skilled Automotive Technicians (Journeyman or motivated 3rd/4th-year apprentices) who thrive in a busy shop environment, bring strong diagnostic skills, and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs. Previous Ford experience? That’s a strong asset, and we’re offering a signing bonus for qualified Journeyman techs with Ford experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and efficient repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized bay while adhering to safety standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Deliver consistently high-quality work that builds customer trust and satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and fast-paced team environment
What You Bring:
- Journeyman certification or enrollment as a 3rd/4th-year automotive apprentice
- Solid diagnostic skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Previous Ford Diesel experience is a significant asset
- A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for the trade
