Marketing Manager – Franchise & Brand Growth
Position Overview
We are a growing Hospitality Brand with Multiple Locations.We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand marketing initiatives across multiple franchise locations. This role is responsible for content creation, social media management, paid advertising, franchise marketing support, and campaign execution to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate about food & hospitality marketing, understands modern social media trends, and can balance creativity with strong analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Marketing
- Plan, create, and manage the production of up to 20–30 high-quality videos per month for the brand across all major social media platforms.
- Coordinate and execute engaging photo, video, and short-form content strategies.
- Ensure all brand content aligns with company branding, tone, and campaign objectives.
- Work with creators, influencers, photographers, and videographers to maintain a strong digital presence.
Graphic Design & Creative Execution
- Create visually compelling graphics, promotional creatives, menus, advertisements, and social media assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Develop creative materials for:
- Limited Time Offers (LTOs)
- Seasonal campaigns
- Franchise marketing support
- Grand openings
- Digital and in-store promotions
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across platforms including:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook
- YouTube
- Google Business
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, platform updates, and consumer behavior.
- Build engaging content calendars and posting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Execute geo-targeted campaigns for franchise locations, promotions, and new store openings.
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize strong analytical skills to review marketing performance and customer engagement data.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on campaign performance, audience behavior, and sales trends.
- Prepare regular performance reports and campaign recaps.
Franchise & Store Support
- Support franchise locations with ongoing local store marketing initiatives.
- Assist in planning and executing successful new store opening campaigns.
- Support franchisees with marketing guidance, campaign rollouts, and promotional execution.
- Help manage and execute system-wide Limited Time Offers (LTOs) to drive customer traffic and brand excitement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or brand management.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hospitality, restaurant, QSR, or franchise marketing experience is considered a strong asset.
Preferred Skills
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Influencer and creator management experience
- Understanding of franchise marketing systems
- Experience in food & beverage or Gen Z-focused branding
- Creative storytelling and trend-driven content execution
