Role Summary
Reporting to the Spa Director, we are looking for a skilled and versatile Esthetician to join our award-winning spa team. You will deliver a full range of services, from facials and body treatments to massage and nails in a serene, luxurious setting overlooking Lake Rosseau.
Accountabilities
- Perform spa services following steps of service as outlined in department training
- Analyze skin and provide consultation about skin care with guests
- Offer advice and product recommendations to guests
- Complete guest medical form, ensuring to add notes to returning guests, and focus on areas of concern
- Follow room set-up requirements and ensure sanitation procedures are met between services and at the end of the shift
- Assist in escorting guests to room and to waiting area for other services
- Conduct tours of spa as requested by guests
- Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
- Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Certified Esthetician with massage training (required)
- Previous experience in hotel or resort setting preferred
- At least one year of related work experience required
Working Conditions
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Required to move, lift, carry, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance
- Stand, sit or walk for an extended period or for an entire shift
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting and pulling
