Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Shipper/Cataloguer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks, invoicing, picking orders, packing/shipping items, data entry and picturing of items. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, is fluent with computer use, and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Invoicing and picking orders to prepare for shipping
- Packing items securely for safe shipping
- Simple data entry of items in warehouse
- Simple photography/staging of auction items for picturing
- Perform other material handling activities such as sorting, packing and unpacking.
- May perform other activities, such as opening containers, filling warehouse orders
- Ensuring goods are placed safely, securely and in appropriate locations
- Will be cross-trained to assist operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically able to stand for long periods of time
- Other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to move quickly around the warehouse
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and shipping
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Able to work weekdays within time range of 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Experience with computer systems, tablets, cameras, and data entry are considered an asset
