Construction & Renovation Tradesperson
Full-Time - On-Site
We are a growing industrial fabrication and manufacturing company seeking an experienced and well-rounded Construction & Renovation Tradesperson to join our team.
This is a full-time position based entirely at our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible to complete interior and exterior improvements, facility upgrades, and general construction projects throughout our building.
This position is ideal for an experienced construction professional who enjoys a variety of work and takes pride in completing projects from initial planning and framing through to the finished product.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete office renovations and interior / exterior construction projects
- General building repairs and facility improvements
- Assist with planning, organizing, and completing construction projects
- Coordinate with outside contractors when specialized work is required
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple areas of construction and renovation, including
- Framing and general carpentry
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Trim, doors, and interior finishing work
- Flooring and painting
- Minor plumbing and electrical-related work within the individual's qualifications and applicable regulations
