Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Touchbistro, Uber, DD, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Experience
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or hospitality enhances your ability to succeed in this position
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
