Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications
Must display exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with and understanding of common sales practices in the industry
A mindful, enthusiastic and adaptable personality
Ability to handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
Must have command over the language and possess basic mathematic skills
Must be friendly, empathetic and a quick learner
Educational requirements: High school degree or diploma required

Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to customers
Work in concert with the team to reach sales goals
Explaining product features and benefits to customers
Process payments
Balance cash drawer and daily sales reports
Help with the store maintenance duties like mopping, vacuuming, organizing floor stock and store displays
Physical Demands
Lifting 0-10 pounds, and climbing a ladder.

Pay: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
