Under the supervision of the Chief of Staff, the employee performs, with minimal supervision, a variety of duties related to the municipality’s various departments, including greeting clients, answering incoming calls, responding to emails, transferring messages, providing certain information, receiving and distributing mail, etc.
Requirements

Secondary High School Diploma with appropriate options

Between one (1) to three (3) years of related experience

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Excellence in teamwork

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in French and English

Initiative, discretion, autonomy and interpersonal skills
Remuneration
From $911.03 to $985.44 weekly in accordance with the Collective Agreement presently in effect.
