Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager plays a critical leadership role in the daily operations of PinPointe Social. Working directly alongside the General Manager, this position is responsible for driving service excellence, developing team members, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading pre-shifts, coaching staff on the floor, resolving guest concerns, supporting bar and restaurant operations, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor Front-of-House team members.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance evaluations.
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate operational priorities.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service.
Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest receives warm, polished, and engaging hospitality.
- Address guest concerns professionally and effectively.
- Build relationships with regular guests and community partners.
- Monitor service standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary escalation point for guest service concerns.
Operations
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant, lounge, and social gaming operations.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards.
- Manage labor deployment and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and venue presentation.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure responsible liquor service and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Financial Accountability
- Assist in achieving labor, cost control, and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and operational KPIs.
- Support budgeting initiatives and operational planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Culture & Brand
- Lead by example and embody the PinPointe Social brand.
- Champion a hospitality-first mindset.
- Help create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
- Support special events, activations, and promotional initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hospitality management experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, lounge, or entertainment venue.
- Strong understanding of food, beverage, and service operations.
- Experience leading teams and developing future leaders.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with premium casual dining, nightlife, or entertainment-driven concepts.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and responsible liquor service.
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling, inventory controls, and labor management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
