Duties
Clinical Implant Coordinator
Clinical IV Sed Coordinator
Inventory Management - Ordering, Repair Tracking, Vendor Point-of-Contact,
Budgeting
Dosimeters
Administrative support
Miscellaneous: adjusting note templates, problem solving, introducing new systems
Clinical Excellence: Provide chairside assistance across general, cosmetic, and
restorative procedures while maintaining clinical safety standards.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitor clinical inventory (sundries, implants, etc.), manage
supplier orders and contact vendors, technicians as needed
Oversee sterilization procedures, equipment maintenance,
dosimeters, and strict adherence to IPC (Infection Prevention and Control) and CDSA
guidelines, and as directed by senior management
Patient Experience: Prepare patients for treatment, communicate post-operative
instructions clearly, and handle clinical follow-up calls.
Certification: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license valid in Alberta.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical dental assisting experience; previous
supervisory or lead experience preferred; previous ordering experience required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital radiography, intraoral scanning (iTero), and
practice management software Cleardent
Leadership: Strong communication skills with a proven track record of supporting and
guiding team members.
Flexibility: Available to work weekends and evenings (we are open 7 days a week), Willingness to be cross trained as an admin. ( Training can be priovided is needed)
Hourly wage based on experience.
