This is a proactive, sales-focused role centered on business development, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Building and maintaining a pipeline through referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Establishing strong relationships with clients and local business partners
- Assessing client needs and presenting tailored insurance solutions
- Consistently managing follow-up and pipeline activity to drive results
- Providing ongoing client support to strengthen relationships and generate future opportunities
- Representing the agency professionally within the community
- Committment to a positive team work environment

- OTL or LLQP license preferred
