As Events and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating all our company events.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the success of events
- Manage event budgets and ensure that they are respected
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth execution of events
- Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure the quality and efficiency of events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of event activities
- Evaluate event performance and suggest improvements for future events
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
