Our dynamic, fast growing, downtown Toronto based accounting firm is looking for an energetic administrative assistant to join our ranks. The role is one that requires great attention to detail, ability to adopt/learn and meet tight client deadlines.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in public accounting firms (at least 2-3 years relevant experience) as we are looking for a candidate to "jump right in".
Experience in working with Microsoft Office applications (as well as Taxprep/Caseware/Caseview/iFirm) will be viewed upon favourably, strong communication skills (verbal and written) are very important and finally the ability to work independently as well as part of a team will be crucial for success in this role.
Hours can be either fulltime or flexible depending on the candidate's needs throughout the year but "Tax season" hours including overtime we be required during busy times of the year, without exception. This is "in the office" position (with limited flexibility).

Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
