Summary
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and driven team. This role is responsible to managing all aspects of the automotive buying experience with a high level of customer satisfaction through knowledge and personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct negotiations to close sales deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Greet and follow up with customers in a prompt and professional manner
Skills
- Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the company and the customer
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance
- Proficient in using sales management tools and software to track progress and manage leads
- Strong problem solving skills to address customer concerns and find suitable solution
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of work space
Education and Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Automotive sales experience
- Provincially licensed as recognized by AMVIC
- Adaptable to work Monday to Saturday as scheduled
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
