We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our growing team.
We are seeking an experienced individual who is comfortable working on a variety of residential renovation projects and can work independently while supporting day to day site operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drywall work and finishing
- Painting and preparation work
- General renovation tasks
- Supporting project crews with day to day site activities
- Assisting with plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous construction tasks
- Site organization and maintaining clean work areas
- Material pickups and moving materials as needed
- Maintaining a safe and organized job site
Requirements:
- Must have drywall experience
- Must have painting experience
- Foundation carpentry experience required
- General knowledge of electrical and plumbing is beneficial
- Must have strong English communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and suppliers
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to take initiative
Compensation:
- $30 to $50+ per hour depending on experience, skill set, and truck ownership
