Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Bubble Tea Barista to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality bubble tea beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks according to company recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide friendly service
- Handle food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly, topping addition, and beverage mixing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety standards
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all products
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly
Skills
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, especially in the food industry or bubble tea shops
- Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers of all ages
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude that enhances the customer experience
