Temporary Administration Professional Emergency Response Site
Location: Niagara Falls, ON
Hours: 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00) / 84 hours per week
Duration: Short-term, temporary contract
We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Professional to support operations at an emergency response site in Niagara Falls. This critical role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely typing of minutes from meetings and briefings
- Auditing and processing paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Liaising with stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication
- Assisting with document management and maintaining organized records
- Performing general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with high accuracy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-stakes environment
- Experience working with Indigenous communities is an asset
- Prior experience in an emergency response or high-intensity environment preferred
