We're Fancii, a beauty tech brand that started in Edmonton with one goal: make self-care feel better. We design lighted mirrors and beauty tools loved by customers across North America. We're a small, fast-moving team that punches well above our weight, and we're looking for people who want to be part of something growing.
The Role
This isn't your typical video editor job. This is a new kind of creative role built for where content is heading, and we want to help the right person grow into it.
We're looking for an AI Creative Producer who can blend traditional short-form editing skills with a genuine curiosity for AI-powered content tools. You'll produce Meta ads, social content, and UGC-style videos that drive real results — using a mix of conventional editing and the latest AI video generation platforms.
If you're the kind of person who immediately tries every new tool that drops, reads the threads, experiments on your own time, and figures things out fast — this role was written for you.
What You'll Do
- Edit short-form video content for Meta ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Use AI video tools (Kling, Higgsfield, Seedance, and others) to generate and enhance content
- Build AI-assisted ad creatives — product demos, hooks, UGC-style videos — faster than traditional workflows allow
- Adapt raw UGC footage, AI-generated clips, and brand assets into high-performing ad creatives
- Add captions, text overlays, motion graphics, and hooks that stop the scroll in the first 3 seconds
- Stay current on AI video developments and bring new tools and techniques to the team proactively
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and creative team to translate briefs into finished content quickly
- Test, iterate, and move fast — volume and speed matter as much as polish
What We're Looking For
Must Haves
- Experience editing short-form video content (social ads, Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Working knowledge of at least one AI video platform — you've actually used it, not just heard of it
- Strong instincts for pacing, hooks, and what makes someone stop scrolling
- Comfortable with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- A fast learner who doesn't need hand-holding — you figure things out and ask smart questions
- A portfolio or demo reel showing real work, not just polished passion projects
Nice to Have
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social creative testing
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, etc.)
- Background in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion brands
- Experience filming your own UGC-style content
- Any coding, automation, or workflow-building skills — we love people who build systems

Terms of Employment
- Reports directly to the CEO
- Flexible start time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
