TalentWorld is recruiting a Foreman – Telecom Construction in Calgary, Alberta for one of its valued partners. In this position, you will be responsible for leading on-site crews, running daily site plans, and supporting field operations, directly contributing to the success and operations of our partner company.
Schedule: Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off, typical workdays 10–12 hours

Foreman Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site telecom construction crews for cell towers, rural builds, and 5G upgrades
- Conduct daily site kickoffs and set work plans
- Coordinate with the Construction Manager on schedules and project requirements
- Train, guide, and support crew members in the field
- Maintain strict safety standards and awareness of field risks
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and adapt plans as needed
- Promote a professional, accountable, and collaborative team culture
Foreman Qualifications:
- 5 years in telecom field experience (tower work, installs, or network builds)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (abstract required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety practices and field operations
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
- Experience mentoring or training junior staff is an asset
