Duties
- Engage with prospective clients via phone calls to promote travel packages, tours, and hotel accommodations
- Provide detailed information about destinations, travel options, and special offers to inspire customer interest
- Assist customers in customizing travel itineraries to suit their preferences and needs
- Handle inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel documentation with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-up actions
- Upsell additional services such as excursions, upgrades, or travel insurance to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles; hotel or travel industry experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and travel destinations preferred
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others explore the world
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM systems or booking platforms is advantageous
