We are a Vancouver Managed IT Service provider founded in 1997 and focusing on health care.
This position requires solid English communications skill.
The job:
- Troubleshooting of Lenovo, and Dell servers and workstations.
- Troubleshooting of virtualization layer: HyperV
- Troubleshooting of Active Directory windows servers
- Troubleshootiong of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure
Required skills:
- Microsoft Windows Server up to current version
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, conditional access policy, MDM administration
- Hyper-V
- Sonicwall, Unifi, and VPNs, Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop
- Screenconnect
- Cyber security oriented
- Network troubleshooting
- Previous experience working for an MSP, VAR, freelance, or contract
Other requirements:
- A cell phone with good quality and reception
- A car for when on-site work is required
The interview process:
- We do a screen share session where you demonstrate your skills and troubleshoot the issues above.
Hybrid work remotely and on-site
- Work is remote and on-site for hardware troubleshooting.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
