Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including knife skills, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food and product handling is organized to safe practices and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift to safety and sanitation regulations.
- Follow all food safety procedures and uphold hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy hours
- Requirements
- Fantastic work ethic
- experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- 1 year experience working in a Kitchen
- Experience in a high-volume Kitchen
- Flexible availability (Days, Nights, and Weekends)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- An upbeat and positive attitude
- A team player mentality
- Reliable Transportation
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- Basic serving skills are a plus but not mandatory
