We are looking for a driven, organized, and dependable Office Manager Assistant to join our growing team. This role begins as maternity leave coverage with strong potential to transition into a long-term position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and staff
- Oversee and support the efficiency of the Administrative Assistant role
- Assist with general office operations and administrative support as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate administrative records
- Complete daily data entry, invoicing, and payment processing
- Review and verify employee time submissions
- Payroll administration support
- Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Previous office administration, bookkeeping, or office management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with data entry, invoicing, payroll preparations and reconciliations is considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with computers, email communication, and Microsoft Office programs
