Independent Contractor – Home Refresh & Repair Specialist

She’s Got It is a women-led and operated home repair and refresh company and we’re looking for skilled women to join our growing roster of contractors.
We help homeowners, realtors, property managers, and anyone who needs a reliable, trusted set of hands get their space looking its best. Seller-ready prep, vacation property upkeep, small refreshes that make a big difference – that’s our world.
And we think women are really good at this work. So we built a company around that.
The work looks like:
Tile Work
Replace cracked or chipped tiles, match and regrout, caulk around tubs, showers, and backsplashes
Drywall and Paint
Patch nail holes, repair small to medium drywall damage, touch-up paint to match existing finishes
Fixtures and Hardware
Towel bars, mirrors, medicine cabinets, shelving, light fixtures, switches, outlet covers, ceiling fans
Minor Plumbing
Running toilets, leaky faucets, faucet and shutoff valve replacements, showerheads, vanities, and bathroom sinks
Doors and Windows
Sticky doors, latches, handles, hinges, locksets, weatherstripping, window screens
Carpentry and Finish Work
Baseboards, trim, cabinet hardware, drawer slides, vanities, loose railings and banisters
General Repair
Hanging artwork and mirrors, flat-pack furniture assembly, smoke and CO detector replacements, seasonal maintenance checks
You don’t need to do it all – we match jobs to your strengths.
You’d be a great fit if:
