We are seeking a Multi-Equipment Operator that possesses at least a 3A license (1A license is preferable) and who is comfortable working in the field. This role supports the Railway Division, and the successful candidate will possess a variety of equipment operating skills that includes excavators, loaders and skid steers.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can adapt to changing site conditions, work collaboratively with crews, and think critically to solve problems in real time.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate equipment in a wide array of civil construction environments.
- Comply with company safety policies.
- Complete daily circle checks and preventative maintenance on equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must possess at least a 3A drivers license with clean driving record.
- Preference will be given to applicants that possess a 1A licenses with clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic & strive in a team environment.
- Leadership qualities & the ability to mentor.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Equipment operating experience is required; entry level operators will be considered with a strong teammate characteristic.
