We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress through therapeutic massage techniques. This position requires a strong understanding of various massage modalities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on medical history and specific concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for self-care practices.
- Create a welcoming and calming environment for clients, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the treatment area.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience.
Skills
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
