London Chiropractic & Massage Clinic is seeking a caring, motivated Registered Massage Therapist to join our busy Hamilton Road clinic.
A long-standing RMT is relocating, creating an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to transition into an established patient base with immediate demand. We are particularly interested in an RMT who enjoys therapeutic and deep-tissue massage and wants to build a stable, long-term practice.
New graduates, candidates completing their CMTO registration and experienced RMTs are all encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will receive administrative support, internal referrals and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team.

You will have the opportunity to receive appropriate patient transitions from a departing RMT rather than starting with an empty schedule. The clinic also generates ongoing internal referrals from chiropractic, physiotherapy, osteopathy and acupuncture.

Collaborative clinical environment
Work alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, an osteopathic manual practitioner, an acupuncturist and other Registered Massage Therapists. Our practitioners collaborate when appropriate while maintaining responsibility for their own clinical decision-making.
Growth opportunity
We welcome practitioners interested in developing skills and patient populations involving:
- Deep-tissue and therapeutic massage
- Sports and overuse injuries
- Neck, shoulder and back tension
- Headaches and jaw-related tension
- Motor vehicle accident rehabilitation

- Relaxation and Swedish massage
- Cupping, myofascial or other complementary techniques
Additional techniques are welcome but are not required.
Responsibilities
The successful RMT will:
- Provide safe, professional and patient-centred massage therapy
- Complete appropriate assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in Jane
- Follow CMTO standards, regulations and professional expectations
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment goals and home-care recommendations
- Collaborate professionally with other clinic practitioners when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming treatment room
- Participate in reasonable shared room-reset or laundry procedures
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and support continuity of care
Required qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, or expected to become registered shortly
- Professional liability insurance, or ability to obtain it before beginning practice
- Strong communication and patient-service skills
- Dependable, professional and respectful
- Commitment to accurate charting and ethical patient care
Preferred qualifications
- Interest or experience in deep-tissue and therapeutic massage
- Comfort treating patients with musculoskeletal pain and tension
- Interest in working with MVA, rehabilitation, sports or chronic-pain patients
- Availability for weekday shifts and alternating Saturdays
Previous clinical experience is welcome but not required. New graduates who are eager to learn, communicate well and build a long-term practice will receive serious consideration.
