The Tier I Technician / Installer will provide support and work in conjunctions with other Field Service technicians.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repair, replace and maintain low-voltage equipment at customer locations:
- IP and analog cameras (Axis, Avigilon, Geovision, Hikvision, etc..)
- Video management software (Luxriot, Avigilon, Geovision, etc...)
• Windows based DVR/ NVR hardware • Access Control Systems (Feenics, etc..)
• Intrusion Systems (DMP, etc..) • Audio systems and amplifiers (Axis, Barix SIP devices, etc..)
- Switches, Routers, Power supplies, Power Distribution Units, UPS systems
- Cat5 / BNC cable termination (Compression and Crimp)
• Integrating equipment onto customer and company proprietary networks • Wireless access point equipment (Ubiquiti, etc..)
- Maintain accurate inventory and document field activities
