Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. Our client, located in Red Deer, is expanding their team.
The Role:
- Processing purchase orders and vendor invoices in a timely fashion
- Verifying receipt of products and services & confirming accuracy
- Entering data from various sources for storage, processing and data management
- Checking employee expenses and processing
- Entering invoices for payment confirming approval, coding and matching
- Processing cheque runs
- Coordinating with vendors regarding inquiries and any discrepancies

To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience with Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of Sage50 will be considered an asset
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to pass a Criminal Background check
