Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and licensed 310T Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive mechanical expertise, with a focus on heavy machinery and automotive repair. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of industrial and heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. The 310T licensed technician will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced tools and schematics to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery
- Conduct automotive repairs with a focus on industrial vehicles and machinery
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs efficiently
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Operate heavy equipment safely during maintenance procedures
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations at all times
- Assist in assembly and installation of new equipment when required
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair status and recommendations
Skills
- Valid 310T technician license with relevant certification
- Extensive dealership experience preferred
- Proficiency with excavator, crane, forklift, HVAC systems, welding, electrical systems, and power tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various machinery types including farm machinery and industrial equipment
- Experience reading schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment as needed
- Skilled in automotive repair, maintenance, and assembly processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
