Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support business analysis, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, requirements gathering, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams.
- Work with stakeholders across BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments to identify business needs and operational challenges.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support digital transformation, modernization, and technology implementation initiatives.
- Create and maintain business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and gap analyses.
- Support system implementation, testing, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Assist with change management, training, and end-user adoption activities.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, modernization, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of business process analysis, workflow mapping, and gap analysis methodologies.
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, system implementations, or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement validation sessions.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
