IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant for one of our Well-Established Clients in Cobourg, ON.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and manage customer orders throughout the order life cycle
- Communicate order-related information to colleagues (internally) and customers (externally) as needed.
- Working with our Sales team to ensure that customer orders are correctly configured and placed with suppliers (procurement).
- Receiving incoming service calls/emails for urgency and accuracy and routing them to the correct individual or team, including placing outgoing calls as required
- Following up daily on customer orders with Vendors, advising if there are issues sourcing items and updating system notes
- Collaborating with our Service team to ensure client service requests are responded to promptly and billed correctly
- Working alongside the Shipping Coordinator to ensure that deliveries are made in a timely manner for customer installs
- Registering warranties, and facilitating the return of parts as required
- Processing renewals for recurring services (e.g., annual subscriptions)
- Performing general office duties and providing administrative support including but not limited to ordering, receiving, and invoicing
- Completing data entry related to digital and sales administration as required
- Assisting with the administration of ongoing programs and projects, including special projects as required
- Assist in data collection to facilitate the invoicing process. This may involve calling or emailing customers directly.
- Other duties as required and assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field required
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Exceptional customer service and communication that is professional, friendly, and reliable
- The ability to be well-organized, self-motivated, and self-managed, with superior attention to detail and accuracy amidst deadlines
- The ability to work independently, make decisions, take initiative, adapt processes, and problem solve as needed
- The drive and aspiration to learn new systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
