Job Snapshot:
This position has been created to fill a need for a shipping/receiving role and assist in various areas in the company. As well as assisting with general duties in the Sales, Purchasing and Quality Assurance departments as required along with some general office duties. This is a job that will challenge you, where you will never stop learning and above all will keep you interested as every day is different.
Responsibilities:
· Pick & Pack parts/materials upon request. Perform day-to-day receiving and restocking of inventory and processing outgoing shipments.
· Track and trace inbound and outbound shipments to various locations, vendors/suppliers, customers, and update system accordingly.
· Issue shipping instructions and provide routing instructions for finished goods and raw materials (International Shipments).
Work with various departments to ensure steady flow of information throughout our supply chain.
· Continuously follow up & update to all requestors/departments with inbound and outbound shipment details.
· To ensure all parts/materials are stored in the right locations (lot and bin) and cleanliness at all the times.
· Any other duties as required by fellow co-workers all working towards common goal of ideal Customer Service.

- You are a self-starter who takes initiative and works well under pressure with a lot going on all around you.
- You have strong analytical critical thinking and, problem solving skills.
- You are tech-savvy and proficient at using Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to learn our ERP software at the heart of the business.
- You have graduated high school and better yet, have formal administrative training or completed relevant courses from a recognized/accredited training provider.
- You are able to multitask sometimes and can wear a few hats and understand the bigger picture. You see every day as an opportunity to overcome challenges that present themselves.
- You are dependable and able to work on your own or/and as a part of a team.
- You are proud of your work and take responsibility for it.
- You have an optimistic disposition towards life and work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- 2 years’ experience preferred.
- Experience with shipping overseas considered an asset.
- Prior Aviation experience is an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
