Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with some of our larger clients, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, view issues and customer concerns as opportunity to trouble shoot and solve, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service. This position includes data entry and inventory control and therefore strong computer skills and working with MS Office - especially Excel and Outlook, is essential
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and maintain detailed records
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels according to client contracts and /or client purchase trends
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback to improve service quality and processes
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support
- Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products or services based on customer needs
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and basic analysis skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

This role is vital in fostering positive relationships with our clients while supporting the growth of our business through excellent service delivery.
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
