Customer Service Representative / Receptionist (Part-Time)
20-25 Hours Per Week

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Make outbound calls regarding maintenance agreements and customer follow-ups
- Greet walk-in customers
- Dispatch and support technicians
- Respond to sales leads and assist with generating new business
- Educate customers on products and services
- Process payments and assist with invoicing
- Complete administrative tasks and provide general office support

Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Scheduling or dispatch experience is an asset
- HVAC experience is an asset but not required
