The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Any-Year Apprentice or Journeyperson Plumber or Refrigeration Technician for full-time employment. HVAC experience is preferred. The role includes occasional day trips and very limited after-hours service, making it a great fit for techs seeking steady commercial work with work–life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and gasfitting systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and tune-ups across a variety of commercial equipment
- Install new and replacement equipment according to specs, codes, and safety standards
- Document work performed, parts used, and customer sign-offs accurately and on time
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, team members, and customers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow company safety practices and all applicable codes and regulations
What You Bring
Required:
- Current registration as an Apprentice (any year) or Journeyperson in Plumbing or Refrigeration
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanically and electrically and to work independently in the field
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
Preferred:
- Hands-on HVAC experience in commercial environments
- Certifications such as Red Seal, Gasfitter , refrigerant handling ticket
- Experience with rooftop units, boilers, chillers, pumps, make-up air, walk-in coolers/freezers, and control systems

Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Occasional day trips within the region
- Minimal on-call/after-hours work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
