Job Overview:
We are looking to hire motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at a CRUST N CRUNCH - Pizza & Donair restaurant in New Westminster. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and excellent customer service skills. If you’re a team player with experience in the restaurant industry, we’d love to hear from you!
Restaurant Hours:
- Monday - Sunday: 11 AM - 12 AM
- Opening shift starts 30 minutes before opening hours.
- Closing shift ends 15 minutes after closing hours.
Location: 938 12th St, New Westminster
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas and donairs according to our recipes and specifications
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Operate kitchen equipment and ensure proper handling of ingredients
- Take orders and manage the cash register efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist in stocking and managing inventory levels
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and professional attitude
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparation for the next shift
Requirements:
- FoodSafe Level 1 Certificate is required.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or similar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
