The Role:
This is an in-person, field-based construction and installation role. While our home base is in Mission, BC, you will spend your time out on active municipal sites bringing heavy process mechanical projects to life. You will work alongside our senior pipefitters and welders to align, fit, and install custom carbon steel and stainless steel pipe spools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Determine the amount of material and type of equipment needed
- Execute jobs based on established priorities and available resources
- Assist in and perform complex jobs
- Meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently
- Work independently or as part of a team
What You Bring:
- For Apprentices: Prior shop, metal framing, or custom fabrication experience is a massive asset!
- Core Skills: Sharp critical thinking, solid numeracy skills (measuring/layouts), and great communication.
- Credentials: Valid BC Driver’s License and a clean driving abstract.
- Mindset: A bulletproof positive attitude, reliability, and a strong drive to master industrial fabrication.
