Required skills (maximum of 6): 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with strong expertise in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce implementations within the Banking / Financial Services domainProven ability to manage end-to-end UAT cycles, partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to ensure business requirements are validated effectivelySolid understanding of Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) workflows, integrations, and data models, with experience translating business needs into UAT scenarios and acceptance criteriaStrong stakeholder communication, defect triage, and reporting skills, with a focus on ensuring high-quality releases and regulatory alignment.Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
