We provide wireless solutions, phone plans, smartphones, accessories, and professional phone & computer repair services. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Associate to join our growing team.
Position Overview
As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find the right wireless products and services while delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, sales-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about technology.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wireless plans, devices, and accessories
- Sell Rogers, Fido, and Chatr products and services
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Explain promotions, pricing, contracts, and device financing options clearly
- Process activations, upgrades, account changes, and payments
- Promote additional services such as accessories, device protection, and repairs
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory organization
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred (wireless experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with smartphones, computers, and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
