Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Business Development team by building high-quality prospect lists and fueling our sales pipeline.
This is a production role. Your work directly impacts revenue by ensuring our team is consistently engaging the right companies, at the right time, with the right information.
You are not closing deals. You are building the opportunities that lead to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build targeted prospect lists focusing on large commerical van fleets
- Last-mile delivery
- Field service (HVAC, telecom, utilities)
- Trade & contractor fleets
- Research companies, decision-makers, and vehicle profiles
- Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities
- Create and manage deals in HubSpot (or CRM)
- Prepare clean, actionable call lists for appointment setters and BD team
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in CRM
- Work closely with sales leadership to align on target accounts and priorities
- Continuously improve list quality based on results and feedback
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or sales support
- Strong research skills (LinkedIn, Google, company websites, industry sources)
- Experience building prospect lists and identifying decision-makers
- Comfortable working in a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- High attention to detail — clean data, accurate inputs, no shortcuts
- Ability to manage volume while maintaining quality
- Strong written communication (clear notes, clean handoffs to sales team)
- Self-starter — able to work independently and move quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience in fleet, automotive, or industrial markets
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
