Role Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with a strong interest in occupational medicine to join our dynamic team. This role combines clinical expertise with occupational health responsibilities, supporting both in-clinic and onsite services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check patients in for appointments
- Answer phones and emails promptly and professionally
- Close out appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure timely follow-up
- Send requisitions, referrals, and appointment reminders
- Conduct occupational health assessments, including vitals, ECG, spirometry, vision screening, and accurate charting
- Assist physicians with documentation during patient encounters
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Audiometric testing, hearing protection fit testing, respiratory mask fit testing, drug and alcohol testing preferred, but willing to train.
- Ensure smooth clinic and onsite operations
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and quickly adapt to change in a face paced environment
- Critical thinking skills
- Able to work individually or as part of a team
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN License in Alberta
- Valid Drivers license

- Willing to travel locally and within Alberta and potential for interprovincial travel on an occasional basis
- Eager to learn and expand skills in both clinic and onsite settings

Pay: $27.00 per hour
