Job Summary:
One of our clients is currently hiring a Surface Labourer – Underground Area to assist with material movement, site services, and underground laydown area maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $58,000–$61,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Assist with material movement and logistics for the underground operation.
- Fuel and grease equipment as required.
- Load and unload transport trucks.
- Stage materials in designated locations.
- Maintain and organize the underground laydown area.
- Empty refuse and recycling bins using a loader.
- Sort and organize returnable materials such as pallets, cable spools, and shotcrete bags.
- Deliver parts from the warehouse to various site locations.
- Perform snow removal, sanding, and keep walkways, parking areas, and roads clear during winter.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the underground surface area.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma is an asset.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with SAP is an asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Must be able to work a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
Pay: $58,000.00-$61,000.00 per year
