Duties
- Stock, organize, and maintain produce displays to ensure freshness and visual appeal
- Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and providing friendly service
- Conduct regular cleaning and sanitation of produce areas to meet health standards
- Manage inventory levels by rotating stock and replenishing items as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to display produce attractively
- Excellent organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining cleanliness
- Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
