As we continue to grow, we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as cleaning contractors.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality residential cleaning services
- Follow our guided cleaning standards and client preferences
- Work independently or in with another contractor to complete cleans on time
- Communicate professionally with clients and our team
- Maintain a respectful and discreet presence in clients' homes and businesses
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter who takes pride in their work - Contractor mind set is a must, as this is a contractor position.
- Dependable and professional with strong time management
- Attention to detail and a passionate about helping others
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required — we’ll train the right person
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
This Is a Contractor Role — What That Means:
- You are responsible for your own tools and supplies BUT we provide your first kit and then you maintain it. Vacuum and mop are not supplied.
- You’ll manage your own taxes at the end of the year - but we make it easy by marking on your pay stubs how much to put aside for tax season.
- Liability insurance is required to be held by you (Around $700 a year and can be paid monthly)
